  1. Acceptance of Risk

All shipments handled through Sera Logistics are undertaken:

At the sole risk of the customer

The customer expressly acknowledges that:

  • Transportation involves inherent risks
  • Goods may be lost, delayed, damaged, or destroyed
  1. Absolute Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

4.1 No Liability Clause

Sera Logistics Pvt Ltd, its:

  • Directors
  • Employees
  • Agents
  • Vendors
  • Partners
  • Clients

shall NOT be liable under any circumstances for:

  • Loss or damage of goods
  • Delay in delivery
  • Theft, fire, accident
  • Mechanical failure
  • Negligence of third parties
  • Any operational or logistical errors

4.2 No Consequential Damages

Under no circumstances shall Sera Logistics be liable for:

  • Loss of profits
  • Business interruption
  • Loss of contracts
  • Loss of opportunity
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  1. Third-Party Carrier Disclaimer

All transportation services are performed by independent third-party carriers.

Sera Logistics:

  • Does not control their operations
  • Does not guarantee their performance

Therefore:

We are not responsible for acts, omissions, negligence, or misconduct of any third-party service provider.

  1. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Floods, earthquakes
  • War, riots, strikes
  • Government restrictions
  • Road accidents or closures
  1. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate shipment details
  • Ensure proper packaging
  • Comply with all laws and regulations
  • Declare hazardous or restricted goods

The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Incorrect information provided
  • Improper packaging
  • Undeclared goods
  1. Prohibited Goods

Customers must not ship:

  • Illegal goods
  • Hazardous materials (without declaration)
  • Contraband items

Any violation shall result in:

  • Immediate termination of service
  • Reporting to authorities
  • Full liability on the customer
  1. Insurance
  • Shipments are NOT insured by default

  1. Claims & Disputes
  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Must include valid proof

Failure to comply:

Automatically voids any claim

  • Directors
  • Agents
  • Vendors

against any:

  • Claims
  • Damages
  • Legal actions
  • Losses

arising from:

  • Shipment issues
  • Legal violations
  • Incorrect declarations
  • Customer negligence
  1. Payment Terms
  • Full payment must be made as agreed
  • Delays may result in service suspension

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Waiting time (detention)
  • Route changes
  • Extra handling
  1. No Warranty

All services are provided:

“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”

We do not guarantee:

  • Delivery timelines
  • Condition of goods
  • Availability of carriers
  1. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of:
